About Flavor Concentrates

Highly concentrated multi-purpose liquid Flavor Concentrates are water-based, high heat stable up to 400⁰ F for long durations making them ideal for baking and other high heat applications.   Great in any hot or cold water-based application.

Usage:  Candy flavoring, syrups, baking, ice cream, yogurts, beverages, and much more.  Use sparingly: Add a few drops to your cooking, ice cream, beverage or other application to enhance its flavor.  For high heat applications, increase concentration slowly.  Flavors are affected by other ingredients like fats and sugar, so experiment to get the perfect flavor for you!  Contains no alcohol, making them perfect for ice cream and other cold or freezing applications.

Extracts vs Concentrates:  Concentrates are more heat stable than extracts and are better for high heat applications.  

Flavoring Category:   Natural and Artificially Flavored Concentrates

Color: natural coloring, there are no artificial colors in any of our concentrates

These products contain no sugar.  

Common Ingredients:  Propylene Glycol used as a flavor carrier, natural and artificial flavorings 

Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, air and heat. Keep cap tightly closed when not in use.

Life span: 2 years if stored properly.

Other Uses:  For confections: Add 1%-2.5%, adjust for taste.

Used as an E Flavor: Add concentrate to Unflavored Base.  Add less for light flavor, more for strong flavor.  Shake well. See individual flavors for instructions.
